Potato Salad – Grandma Taylor’s Recipe

 Grandma Taylor’s Potato Salad

Red or Yukon gold Potatoes – Boiled until soft, 1 inch cubes and some mashed.

Onion – chopped fine

Bacon – cooked well and crumbled when cool

Mayonaise – 1 cup +

Celery – not necc.

Salt – will need for sure.

Mix mayo, onion, bacon and dash salt and let sit while potatoes are cooking.   Add potatoes when cool.  Mix well and taste along the way to make sure they are what you want.  Lasts 5 days in refridgerator.  Serve cold after first meal, Refridgerate.
