Aunt Jenni’s Pesto Sauce “The BEST”

Good with French/Italian Bread, Pizza, Pasta, or in mayo for turkey, avacodo, jalapeno cheese sandwich. Or just dip with fresh old world style french bread in slices if a knive is handy.  Or may rip bread if need be.  Enjoy!

Basil – Fresh, Large Bunch, chopped leaves in the blender (double if want 2x)

H2O – 1/2 cup good H2O

Salt – Himilian Sea Salt 1/2 tsp.

Pine Nuts – raw 1/4 cup – blend first, then put in bowl aside, and blend basil

Parmesan Cheese – 1/2 c. grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil – 3 TBSP

Lemon – just a small squeeze

Garlic – if desired, but not necessary
