Aunt Jenni’s Pasta Salad

1 Lb. Barilla Multi-Colored Corkscrew pasta or Bow Ties

Vidalia Onion (1/2-1 Medium or 1 small) – chopped fine

1 Can Large Black Olives – drained, rinsed and sliced

1 Lb. Mozzerella Cheese – diced in 1/2” cubes – use good cheese.

Broccoli – 1/2 head, chopped

Carrots – 30 mini, diced

Red Pepper – Half, diced

Pasta Sprinkle from Penzey’s  (or dry Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Parsley & sea salt)

1 Jar of Italian Dressing – I prefer Bernstein’s Cheese & Garlic Italian or Five Cheese
