Aunt Jenni’s Roasted Tomato & Asparagas Pasta Salad

Tomatoes – Slice in Half, Marinate in fresh squeezed

Garlic cloves too and

Olive Oil

Onion – sliced

Salt & Pepper

Asparagas – marinate in Italian salad dressing for at least one hour

Roast both separately at

400 degrees until cooked to desire

 

Pasta – Combine all of the above and toss with fresh basil and cheese.

Delicious with French or Italian Bread with Pesto Dipping Sauce.
